Hi, I'm Sarah


Yoga entered my life at a time when I felt exhausted, disconnected, and far from myself. What began as a search for better physical health slowly became a profound return home. Through yoga, I was guided back to truly feeling like myself again—reconnecting with my heart, rebuilding trust in my inner guidance, and learning to meet myself with honesty and acceptance beyond any external expectations.

Before becoming a yoga teacher, I worked in child protection. Through my own healing journey I experienced firsthand how deeply life can change when people reconnect with their hearts and begin to release trauma. This led me to believe that true healing, and real protection, begin when we are willing to look inward, face our pain and trauma, and choose love, presence, and peace over fear, control and disconnection.

Today, I teach Hatha Yoga (sun & moon flows), slow flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. My classes are slow, breath-led, grounding, and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on presence, nervous-system regulation, and compassion. I aim to create spaces where nothing needs to be achieved and where you are welcome exactly as you are—whether you’re new to yoga, deeply immersed in inner work, looking for a workout, or simply longing for a pause from a fast-paced life.

Alongside yoga, the ocean and surfing are my greatest teachers.
Both invite joy and deep heart connection, while also asking for humility, courage, and the willingness to meet fear. These qualities shape the space I hold. In my classes, I invite you to arrive— in your body, your breath, your heart. To meet yourself exactly as you are, with kindness, compassion, and acceptance and to reconnect with your heart.
